Continuous Open Enrollment for 2024-2025 School Year

Aloha Hawaiʻi Onipaʻa is continuing to offer partial scholarships to Native Hawaiian students pursuing degrees in environmental, natural resource, earth sciences, agriculture or astronomy and committed to working toward a sustainable future for Hawaiʻi families and communities.

I. Scholarships for students pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science at the University of Hawaii, providing $2,000 per year for a total of four years ($8,000)

Requirements:

  • Be enrolled in a four-year B.S. program at a University of Hawaii campus.
  • Be of Native Hawaiian ancestry.
  • Maintained a 3.0 GPA in high school or equivalent; and 2.5 GPA for the duration of the scholarship.

II. Scholarships for students pursuing a two-year degree in agriculture at any community college in Hawaii, providing $1,500 per year for a total of two years ($3,000)

Requirements:

  • Be enrolled in a two-year Community College program in Hawaii.
  • Be of Native Hawaiian ancestry.
  • Maintained a 3.0 GPA in high school or equivalent; and 2.5 GPA for the duration of the scholarship.
